Positive: Good facilities and location. Kind and helpful hosts. Comfortable beds. Clean. Negative: There weren’t any hooks to hang the towels for drying. Sometimes we wanted to turn the AC higher because we were a bit cold, but a really bad smell from the AC came when doing that. The shower curtain was in a really bad condition. It was a bit unfortunate that the sofa bed wasn’t made when we came.

Super mieszkanie, bardzo polecam. Positive: Świetna lokalizacja, przystanek pod domem. W budynku jest winda. Mieszkanie w pełni wyposażone. Widok z balkonu na zieleń, w oddali widać morze.

Rumore insopportabile che arriva dall'altro miniappartamento che fa parte dello stesso flat 10 Negative: Questo flat 10 è diviso internamente in due miniappartamenti. Praticamente si entra da una porta comune che è aperta e poi c'è un piccolo disimpegno in cui ci sono due porte ravvicinate a cui si accede a ciascun miniappartamento con la relativa chiave magnetica. Nell'altro miniappartamento erano presenti 3 ragazze colombiane che stavano praticamente sempre in casa e facevano casino a partire dal pomeriggio(parlavano a voce alta, sbattevano la porta di ingresso in continuazione, musica alta) e fino a notte inoltrata(anche fino alle 4 di notte). Parlavano fuori la porta, inoltre sentivo che arrivavano spesso ospiti di sesso maschile, li ho anche visti a volte nell'ascensore. Ho comunicato con l'host il secondo giorno di questo problema ma poi l'ho dovuto ricontattare il terzo giorno per riuscire a dormire tranquillo almeno l'ultima notte. Ho avuto anche una discussione diretta con queste ragazze l'ultimo giorno visto che stavano parlando a voce alta fuori la porta del loro miniappartamento. E' inaccettabile per un appartamento che ho pagato circa 100 euro a notte.

Séjour agréable dans un appartement fonctionnel Positive: Très bon séjour ! L’hôte est très disponible et réactif, toujours prêt à aider en cas de besoin. Il a su s’arranger pour que l’appartement soit prêt à notre heure d’arrivée, ce qui a été très apprécié. L’appartement est beau, fonctionnel, confortable et propre, il dispose d’adaptateurs pour les prises. Le petit plus : une machine à laver à l’étage, vraiment pratique. Je recommande vivement ! Negative: Il manque un peu d’équipements pour cuisiner ainsi que de rangements (par exemple pour accrocher torchons, vestes ou poser les produits dans la douche). Le lavabo de la salle de bain a tendance à se boucher rapidement et les toilettes présentent une petite fuite. Dans l’immeuble, il y a beaucoup de jeunes qui rentrent tard et peuvent être assez bruyants. La porte du balcon ne se ferme pas à clé, et l’appartement est un peu éloigné des différentes plages lorsqu’on y va à pied.

Positive: The apartment is very stylish. Nice balcony. All kitchenware available. Negative: A bit too far from the beach. Noisy neighbours, which surely doesn't depend on the hosts.
